excellent wood wharf stay
communal lounge dog-friendly policy reasonable price
The location was ideal near wood wharf. Many shops and restaurants were close. the communal lounge with complimentary coffee was a great touch. i especially appreciated the dog-friendly policy and found the price reasonable for an apartment hotel.
the wi-fi signal in the room was somewhat weak and occasionally disconnected.

small room, some issues
small room cramped space
The location was convenient, with easy access to canary wharf station. It made getting around easy.
The room felt more like a one-and-a-half-person space, despite it being advertised for two. We found it quite cramped, especially without any place for both of us to sit, and there's was only one bedside table. i wouldn't book again.

the staff was helpful, they gave me directions. i used the kitchenette in my roomy studio, it was convenient. the location was near shops, it was really useful.
the tv remote didn't work well, it was a bit annoying.

immaculate and friendly!
easy signs friendly staff
The studio was modern and clean. signs made the hotel easy to find from canary wharf station! the staff were friendly and helpful, providing advice on local attractions. Even a birthday gift was offered. i really liked the equipped kitchen and little details, like the ironing board.
the front desk agent seemed agitated, questioning everything during check-in. this policy needs to be clearer to avoid customer confusion!

a bakery sits just one meter away from the hotel, offering convenient access to morning treats. grocery stores are nearby, that makes it easy to grab snacks. plenty of restaurants surround the hotel too!

adequate but flawed stay
absent air conditioning unpleasant smell
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby facilities.
The room was too warm. The lack of air conditioning made sleeping difficult (even with the window open). the small bathroom lacked proper ventilation. also, the staff did not greet me when i arrived.
